بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

ربِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي، وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِن لِّسَانِي، يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي

Translation: "My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance] and ease for me my task, and untie the knot from my tongue, that they may understand my speech"

This dua is taken from Surah Taha verse 25-28. It's asking Allah to help you in your business and make it easy for you and also to help you communicate effectively with others. This dua is asking for Allah's help and guidance in every step of your business and to make it reach to the top level.
